Why does HMRC
get cross when you fail
to report it?

Even if they don’t get cross, they’ll fine you!

Ghost Digital and Data has worked collaboratively with intermediaries and tax authorities to build software to report on behalf of their clients

An updated summary of our software is available by clicking here.

For the uninitiated, DAC 6 imposes mandatory disclosure requirements for taxpayers for certain arrangements with an EU cross border element which attract characteristics known as hallmarks. The purpose of DAC 6 is to identify to the UK/EU27 tax authority, those arrangements where the main or expected benefit is an aggressive tax advantage. The first reporting date for intermediaries who gave aid and assistance is 30th August 2020, but reporting has to go back retrospectively to June 2018.

So, if you are an intermediary and you want to avoid punitive penalties, you are very welcome to come and talk to us.
